What is Kanban?

Hey guys! Today we're going to talk about the importance of management tools to ensure project success. Here, at VFR Tech, we use Jira Software, but there are several solutions to manage projects and most of them integrate a methodology called Kanban.
Kanban divides tasks into columns such as: “To Do”, “In Progress” and “Done”. This view allows for more efficient management, allowing everyone to know exactly what needs to be done, what is in progress and what has already been completed.
Kanban is an effective way to organize and prioritize tasks, keeping all team members on the same page and increasing productivity.
